There is a range of services across all categories of wellbeing that can provide support. See below.

Domestic Violence Line (NSW)

The Domestic Violence Line is a NSW statewide telephone crisis counselling and referral service for women and persons who identify as female. Interpreters and TTY can be arranged where necessary.

Victims Services

​We provide support services, including free counselling and financial assistance to victims of crime. Victims have rights which are set out in the Charter of Victims Rights, which includes the right to be treated with courtesy, compassion and respect.

1800RESPECT

1800RESPECT is a confidential information, counselling and support service. The line is open 24 hours a day to support people impacted by sexual assault, domestic or family violence and abuse.

Link2home

Link2home is the NSW information and referral telephone service for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. From 9am to 10pm daily, Link2home provides callers with information, assessments and referrals to homelessness support and accommodation services.

Mental Health Line

The Mental Health Line is a 24-hour, seven days a week mental health telephone service for people in NSW. Anyone with a mental health issue can use the Mental Health Line to speak with a mental health professional and be directed to the right care for them.

MensLine

MensLine Australia is a national telephone and online counselling service for men with family and relationship concerns. The service is available from anywhere in Australia and is staffed by professional counsellors, experienced in men’s issues.
