Senior Case Manager, Remote Community (Far West NSW)

This role provides case management that delivers quality, person-centered support to individuals and families who access the Wilcannia Safe House (WSH) service. The Senior Case Manager provides direct service delivery whilst also contributing to the work of and positive culture within team. The Senior Case Manager works within the WSH team to support continuous quality improvement and the achievement of WSH priorities and implementation of DVSM’s strategic plan. The Senior Case Manager leads and directs the work of the WSH Project Officer, reports to the Community and Culture Manager.

Policy and Compliance Coordinator

DVSM is seeking to recruit a Policy and Compliance Coordinator who will lead the development and implementation of an informed policy framework and drive organisation-wide compliance and improvement initiatives. This is a part-time role (3 days a week) which supports and contributes to the organisation’s processes and culture, enabling continuous quality improvements and the achievement of DVSMs vision, purpose and strategy.

People and Practice Manager – Western Sydney

DVSM has a new leadership opportunity for an ethical, accomplished and passionate People and Practice Manager to lead and manage the Western Sydney Contracts and Services. This includes management of the Services Leads of a refuge service for women with accompanying children in the Blacktown and Hills area, and an After-Hours Response Service across five Western Sydney local government areas.
